Cub Scout families have opportunities to go camping and to participate in outdoor adventures. Each rank in Cub Scouting has Adventures that take Cub Scouts outdoors. From a one foot hike to a five mile hike Cub Scouts learn about their natural surroundings.
Camping contribute to physical, mental, good health, develop self -reliance and resourcefulness.
What to Bring?
Full Uniform & Pack T-Shirt (scout and adult)
Tent (Instant) & tent pegs/stakes
Tarp for under Tent (size of tent)
Sleeping Bags, Cot, Sleeping pad, Air mattress (bring battery pump)
Blankets, Comforters, Pillows
Folding Chairs (handy around the campfire)
Flashlight & Extra Batteries
Extra clothes, socks, shoes, PJ, Sweatshirt and/or Jacket
Rain gear (poncho recommended)
Personal Hygiene (Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Soap, Towel, Baby wipes, Etc)
